Is it 2008 already?

Holidays Recap:

The weekend before Christmas, we took the show on the road for the first time, and all 4 of us made the trip to Memphis. We had a great time seeing family & introducing some of them to Sam for the first time.

Bella loaded up on Curious George gear from Nonna...you can see in the picture, she's very happy about that.

After the trip to Memphis, we came back home to have Christmas morning at home

We might have a little musician on our hands, Bella got a Bob Marley t-shirt (that she loves!) and a guitar. Doesn't she look like a natural already?

Plenty of time was spent with family over the course of the week. We spent time with Mammy & Grandaddy...

Most of Karen's immediate family (Uncle Dave, Aunt Beth, Aunt Kenzie, Mike "Papa" and Jill "Granny")...

Grace...

Grandma & Grandpa Bacigalupo came in on their way back to North Carolina. They gave the kids an incredible rocking horse.

After all of the holiday insanity, all of us are into our "normal" routines. Karen's gone back to work, so the kids are spending more time away from home...we think it's making them closer.

Sam has also crossed the 3 month mark & is doing great!

New Addition to the Blog

You may have already noticed, but if you look to the left side of our blog, there is a new feature...FineTune. Go ahead, push play (no, seriously...DO IT NOW!), and listen to some of our favorite music. This will be updated along with the blog & you can skip past songs if something (probably of Mark's) that doesn't meet your taste comes on. The Bob Marley & Veggie Tales songs are on there for Bella's representation. For some reason, Bob Marley is her favorite grown up's music (along with Nichole Nordeman).

And, don't worry...there will be a full update with Christmas pictures soon. Until then, enjoy some music you might have never heard before.

HUGE Weekend of Fun

We had a really big weekend (12/14-12/16). Mark, Karen & Bella went to see Playhouse Disney Live. We started off the night by going to Bella's absolute favorite restaurant.

After Moe's, it was off to downtown to see the show. Bella had a great time since the show featured characters from her 4 favorite shows (Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, My Friends Tigger & Pooh, Handy Manny and Little Einsteins). We don't have any pictures of the actual show, because we were one of the few families that actually understood the "please no flash photography during the show" request.

Saturday night, all four of us and somewhat-new Tiger Fan Aunt Kenzie went to take in Bella & Sam's first Memphis Tiger basketball game. Memphis won the game against MTSU (64-41) at the Sommet Center in Nashville. Both kids had a great time at the game....the adults had a good time, too.

And, a couple of bonus pictures from before church the next morning:
