It's Begining To Look A lot Like...

The time of year has come for us to become even busier than we normally are. (is that really possible?) We've visited Memphis for Thanksgiving, done all (yes, I typed that correctly) of our Christmas shopping, seen Santa and countless other things. Here are some snapshots from the time that's flown by since the last blog.

In Memphis, we visited the Enchanted Forrest at the Pink Palace. It was pretty cool to take the kids there since I (Mark) and even Nonna grew up going to the Enchanted Forrest at Christmas.

Here's a picture of getting in the car to go to Memphis...

Here's the trip home...

Santa came to church for "Breakfast With Santa". You'll notice that Sam isn't in the Santa picture...he was not a fan of the fat bearded man in the red suit.

And, Bella loves Memphis BBQ!

Happy Harvest!

We have been busy harvesting memories over the last month. Bella had her third birthday. She told us she wants to be a chef when she grows up, so we put on a cooking party for her and her best friend, Caroline. The following weekend we dressed the kids up and took them trick or treating. What a month!

Bella and Sam at play:

Welcome to Bella's Birthday Kitchen!

Best Friends:

Decorating the cookies:

Eating the decorations:

Making the pizzas:

Tasting the pizza (hum. . .she always gives Mom-mom's dinners a thumbs-down!)

And Sam got bus-boy duty! (Okay, not really!)

Yummy Ice Cream Cake!

Crazy Nonna!

Bella loves her heels and dress!

Trick or treating! Bella dressed up as her favorite storybook character--Princess Elizabeth from The Paperbag Princess. And Sam, well, he could either go as Prince Ronald (the ego-centric bum) or the trouble-making dragon. We thought the trouble-making dragon was a good fit for him.

Costume difficulties:

Bella is serious about trick or treating!
